planning for high school

High school is an exciting time for homeschooled students. It is a season of newfound independence and exploration, as well as a time for planning the future educational goals. The more complex nature of high school level courses makes this time in a student’s life the perfect moment to outsource some teaching to online courses or other outside programs. Read on to explore how a high school student might utilize each of our programs.

Virtual Classes

WeTeach courses will be ideal for students who do best in a traditional teacher-led classroom. A student might prefer weTeach for a subject where they often struggle and would benefit from the one-on-one assistance, or they might use weTeach as a chance to engage deeply in their favorite subject. Whatever the reason, weTeach is sure to benefit students at all levels. More info coming summer 2021.

On-Campus Classes

Tutorial classes are engaging, diverse, and multifaceted. Students benefit from large group discussions with their peers, and many hands-on activities that are difficult to source for one family (such as dissection specimens or microscopes for science, or power tools for automotive maintenance class) become accessible due to the larger number of students in attendance at Tutorial.
